This new accessory has been homologated by the FAI for the F3G formula, which has been gaining followers over the last seasons. It works with both GliderKeeper and GliderKeeper Pico.
It also features a magnetic reset switch that can be operated very quickly when a re-start is needed. This reset switch is available for the F3G and F5L formulae, but not for F5J, since the latter does not allow any restart during a round.
Because the F3G formula does not allow an emergency motor, we have prepared three firmware flavours for this device:
- F3G official homologated firmware.
- A training firmware that allows the emergency motor.
- A sport-type firmware with no limitations — simple recording so many pilots can tune their systems by monitoring power consumption and altitude gain.
Together with this firmware, a new UI allows for more streamlined plots at the airfield from GliderKeeper.
